This is for rental store attendees who wish only to attend the trade
show exhibits March 3-5. Multiple attendance days can be combined. The Rental
Show seminars, keynote session and other Show events are not included. Tickets
for Show events may be purchased separately.

Employee Day – Thursday, March 5
Complimentary registration for Region Three
Employee Day is an opportunity for rental store owners and managers to share the
world’s largest rental trade show with their employees. The day includes a
customer service seminar and the trade show, and allows employees such as
counter personnel, mechanics or drivers to see the full scope of the industry.
ARA member businesses from Region Three that have paid for a full registration
for key personnel (such as the owner or top management) at each member store
location can register employees to attend for free on Employee Day. Employees
must be pre-registered before Feb. 16. This offer is NOT valid for on-site
registration. ARA reserves the right to qualify the employee's company status
before extending a complimentary registration.

To eliminate duplicate badges, manufacturer representatives are encouraged to
register under their own agency name. Reps will receive only one badge per
person. For ARA member rep agencies, badges for all agency personnel (as
provided to ARA) are included with the annual dues. Non-member rep agencies must
register under the agency name at a cost per badge. Prospective member cost is
$50 per person in advance (by Feb. 16) and $75 per person on site.
If a manufacturer rep will be working exclusively for one exhibiting company,
that exhibitor may register the manufacturer rep as exhibitor personnel
(applying the badge to the exhibitor’s badge allotment). However, that rep will
act solely on the company’s behalf – selling in the aisles or in other
exhibiting company’s booths will not be allowed, nor may the rep seek or solicit
new lines.
For reps registering under their own agency name, your registration will not be
processed until ARA confirms the companies you are representing.
Business cards inserted in badge holders will not be allowed; any such badges
will be confiscated – replacement badges will not be printed.
Customers can only be registered as rental store attendees. Violations will be
charged back to the rep agency.

Suppliers of equipment, products or services to the rental industry may have
interest in attending The Rental Show but not as an
exhibitor. ARA offers a specific Show registration for non-exhibiting suppliers
with the primary goal of protecting exhibitors and their Show investment. The
registration fee for associate members is $1,250. Prospective member cost is
$1,750. Registration allows touring the exhibit floor only. Solicitation of
business or distribution of promotional material of any kind is strictly
prohibited.
