Registration for The Rental Show is now closed
On-site registration for The Rental Show opens at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, in Hall E at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The express badge registration desk also opens at that time.
Changes and cancellations for registrations still can be submitted. Send changes or cancellations by email to registration@therentalshow.com. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by Friday, Feb. 3.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Registration
Suppliers of equipment, products or services to the rental industry may have interest in attending The Rental Show but not as an exhibitor. ARA offers a specific Show registration for non-exhibiting suppliers with the primary goal of protecting exhibitors and their Show investment. The registration fee for associate members is $1,250. Prospective member cost is $1,750.
- Non-exhibiting suppliers (NES) are limited to two years of show attendance, both company and person.
- NES registrants cannot participate in The Rental Show events or activities.
- NES registrants are strictly prohibited from soliciting business or distributing promotional material of any kind to either rental store attendees or exhibiting companies.
This registration policy has been established with the primary goal of protecting The Rental Show exhibitors under the direction of the ARA Exhibitor Advisory Committee and the ARA board of directors.
If your purpose in attending is to assess the Show for future participation, ARA will apply 50 percent of the non-exhibiting supplier registration to booth space for The Rental Show 2013 in Las Vegas. (NOTE: This offer applies to one registration per company. You must contract for space by June 30, 2012; fees are non-refundable if space is cancelled.)
Business cards inserted in badge holders will not be allowed; any such badges will be confiscated – replacement badges will not be printed.
