The American Rental Association invites all international members and prospective members to attend The Rental Show in New Orleans and learn more about the U.S. rental industry. This page contains information specifically for those who will be traveling to The Rental Show from outside the U.S. and Canada.


International Reception

A special reception will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 7, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for those attending The Rental Show who travel from beyond the U.S. and Canada. This reception at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center will provide a networking opportunity that allows attendees to learn more about the worldwide rental industry. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be included. There is no charge for international attendees to attend the reception, but advance registration is requested.

Requesting an official “letter of invitation” from ARA
As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to process your visa. You will receive this letter of invitation with the confirmation you receive after registering online for The Rental Show. Questions on this process can be directed by email to registration@therentalshow.com or by phone to 309-277-4234.

The American Rental Association cannot assist you with the interview process, nor can anyone representing ARA call the embassy or consulate on your behalf to provide support for granting a visa. If you are denied a visitor visa, you may reapply if there is new evidence to overcome the basis for the refusal. In the absence of new evidence, consular officers are not required to re-examine such cases.
