Beware of pirate housing companies
Travel Planners is the official housing company for The Rental Show. If you are contacted by a company other than Travel Planners (a “pirate” housing company) about booking rooms, please contact Ronna Roessler immediately at ronna.roessler@ararental.org or 800-334-2177, ext. 234.
ARA works to prevent unauthorized solicitation of The Rental Show exhibitors and attendees and will pursue these companies to prevent further contact.

Travel Planners is the official hotel services provider for The Rental Show. Why is it important to book your hotel through them? In doing so, you can be assured:
- The hotel rates have been individually negotiated for The Rental Show and are exclusive to Show attendees and exhibitors.
- You can save time by looking at all available hotels and rates in one online location.
- No prepayments are required to secure your reservation.
- Your hotel reservations, privacy and personal data are completely secure.
- Your hotel reservations are officially part of The Rental Show.
- You’ll receive hotel reservation support prior to, during and after the Show.
- Your hotel reservation contributes to the success and growth of The Rental Show. Cities and convention bureaus base their decisions on how much exhibit space The Rental Show can have based upon the number of hotel room nights used.
Please note: Official hotels for The Rental Show will not honor direct reservations. You must book through Travel Planners to receive the Show rates.
Be cautious in dealing with any housing companies or services that claim an affiliation with The Rental Show other than Travel Planners. Also, Travel Planners will never ask for full non-refundable payment. Always ask a company that contacts you if they are the official housing company for The Rental Show and if they require pre-payment. Please be vigilant when dealing with an unauthorized travel company, as many are not legitimate companies and most do not deliver as promised. Reservations made through a company other than Travel Planners will be at your own risk.
