With The Rental Show just over two months away — Feb. 5-8 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans – here are the three things you need to do right now.

1. Register
Discount registration is available only until next Monday, Dec. 5. The discount price for ARA members is $150 and includes a full day of educational seminars on Feb. 5, morning seminars on Feb. 7-8, access to the trade show floor Feb. 6-8 and the keynote session on Feb. 6. The price increases to $200 on Dec. 6, so register now to save.

In addition, ARA members also can save on registration for Events & Tents through Dec. 5. With a full registration for The Rental Show, ARA members can attend Events & Tents for $175 – a savings of $25 off the current discount Events & Tents registration price of $200.

2. Book your hotel
Due to demand, five additional New Orleans hotels were added for The Rental Show earlier this month. Those hotels are starting to fill as well — now is the time to book your hotel!

3. Book your flight
Now is the time to book your flight to New Orleans. The frequency of flights into New Orleans can be limited, depending upon the airline and your city of departure.

The following airlines travel to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: Air Canada, AirTran, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue, Southwest, United and US Airways.
