The American Rental Association welcomes authorized rental industry trade press to cover The Rental Show trade show, educational seminars and special events. The 2012 Show is Feb. 5-8 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
Press policy and registration
Complimentary registration to The Rental Show is available for editorial members of the rental trade press or other press who cover the rental industry. Verification of working press status may be required.
Please note that the following are not eligible for complimentary press registration: media sales representatives or managers, advertising representatives or managers, public relations staff, photographers not representing a news organization and others not specifically involved in an editorial capacity. Registration for these non-editorial staff is $250 per person.
Advance registration is now closed, but on-site registration will open on Saturday, Feb. 4, in Hall E at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

On-site press room in New Orleans
There will be a press room on site at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, from Feb. 5-8. It will be in room 269 and have a full-time attendant. The press room hours are:
- Sunday, Feb. 5: Noon to 5 p.m.
- Monday, Feb. 6: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, Feb. 7: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 8: 8 a.m. to noon
Press kits
Exhibitors are welcome to drop off press kits to the press room. Please note that the press room is not able to accept delivery of packages, so exhibitors wanting to have press kits available will need to ship them to their booth and have someone from the company bring them to the press room. For construction and general tool exhibitors, the recommended quantity for press kits is 40. For party/special event exhibitors, the recommended quantity is 10. You also are welcome to upload your press materials to the online press room.
