Construction U
March 1, 2009
The better you understand your customers, the more relevant your solutions will
be — and that’s the key to bringing them back to rent again and again from your
store. Providing more variety and greater opportunities for all involved with construction
and general tool rental is what the 2009 Construction U educational program is about.
Construction U 2009 features a new educational approach that includes both classroom
seminars and product demonstrations. The classroom sessions will focus on finances,
store layout, OSHA and more to help you run your construction or general tool rental
business smarter. The product demonstrations — focusing on popular rental equipment
such as concrete floor tools, lifts, generators and scaffolding — are designed to
help employees, owners and managers better understand the equipment and how it operates
to better instruct customers on proper use.
You’ll leave Construction U knowing how to:
- Maximize ROI on equipment you already have.
- Explain operation instructions to customers in plain language.
- Improve cash flow and boost profits.
Attending the 2009 program will teach you more ways to increase your business, get
the most from the equipment you have in stock now, and gain an economic outlook
to help you know what equipment will be desired in the near future. Construction
U seminars are popular, so be sure to arrive early and have backup choices available
in case your first choice is full.
In addition to the education sessions and product demonstrations, Construction U
will begin with a networking breakfast buffet. A lunch buffet also is included.
